The Institute has a team of dedicated, highly qualified and experienced faculty. They are fully competent to impart good quality education. The experts and academicians are called regularly as guest lecturers from leading Industries / Institutions to share their valuable knowledge with the students. The adequate supporting staff is also employed for smooth functioning of administration and upkeep of the Institution.


Teaching Methodology

The Institute believes in teaching methodology programmes that includes formal explanation in class room, demonstration through live examples, power point presentations or experiments in laboratory. There are also communication and management subjects included in the curriculum such as Communication Skills, Personality Development and Entrepreneurship Management, etc.

Class participation is encouraged in the classroom sessions. Collaboration is another innovative method used at institute, which allows students to have a better understanding by talking with each other and listening to other points of view. Group projects are given to help students with collaborating their ideas and also learn about team work. Apart from classroom sessions, students are taken for industrial visits to provide students with opportunities for exposure to the real work experience and hence to produce knowledgeable, skilled and experienced graduates, demanded by employers.

As per the BTE curriculum, student centered activities (SCA) are conducted during the activity period to help students improve their soft skills. Few of the student centered activities conducted are word play games, indoor games like chess, Sudoku and quiz games, quizzes on topics such as GK and sports, poster making competition, reasoning and aptitude class, mock personal interview, group discussion and debate competition. These activities help students gain self-confidence and enhance their communication skills.

Also, different seminars and workshop are conducted at the Institute to help students with their employability skills.
