Aditya Institute of Technology organized one day educational visit to CSIR “National Physics Laboratory “, New Delhi on 04. 10 2023.
National Physical Laboratory is the measurement standards laboratory of India.
It maintains standards of SI units in India and calibrates the national standards of weights and measures.
The students were given a tour of the campus where they visited labs and understood the working principles of the complex machinery displayed. Students witnessed an exhibition of gas metrology, time metrology and food.
It was a wonderful experience as it supplemented as a clear vision to theoretical knowledge and exposed students to recent trends in research, challenges and development involved in various studies related to science.
