Aditya Institute of Technology conducted a Two days’ Workshop on “Employability Skills” on 20.02.2023 and 21.02.2023 under the Student Development Programme(SDP).
Day1: The first session was designed in a way to help students think critically about enhancing their Communication skills. A brief overview on Communication method and communicating techniques was discussed. The main emphasis of the workshop was on the importance of Confidence while communicating and Image building by developing positive attitude for learning.
Day2: The second session was specifically designed for our final year students. Strategies related to a good interview with interview techniques were discussed. Students were advised to learn the applications of digital dictionary for language practice. An activity of Mock interview was also held for the students to prepare them for the future job interviews.
The feedback from the students indicated that the objectives of the workshop was largely realised.
